We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
